Penny’s Story

As a certified Menopause Coach, I know the challenges women face firsthand. Like many, I struggled with symptoms that disrupted my daily life—physical discomfort, brain fog, and emotional ups and downs. Initially, I felt I had to "push through," fearing judgement or misunderstanding. It wasn’t until I accessed the right resources and developed strategies that I began to feel empowered. I realised that I quickly became overwhelmed by the information about Menopause. I didn't know how to wade through it all to get the truth and then once I had done that, figure out how to apply to me!

 

This experience inspired me to dedicate time in our work to supporting others through their menopause journey and to help workplaces become more understanding and inclusive. As a coach and facilitator my unique offering in this space is that I bring those skills to the conversation. Whilst I can share facts, science and information at you, I can also get groups talking about it and create personal actions plans for women to take away- so they leave knowing exactly what their next step is. I don't want anyone to stay in that space of overwhelm.
