• Reflective practice - How might we apply the principles of strong reflective practice?

• Nature and Outdoor immersion- How we can shift leaders thinking by taking them into beautiful outdoor spaces and using nature and all its glory as a teacher.

• Health and Wellbeing- How can we excel in our chosen careers without it coming at a cost to our vitality.

• Systems- What can we introduce, improve and strengthen around us to reduce the stresses of everyday life?

• History and Context-  How do we ensure we work with our history and context rather than ignoring it?
