This page sets out the terms on which Creative Leadership NZ provides services, the commitments we make to the people and organisations we work with, and the basis on which you use this website.

Creative Leadership NZ is the trading name of Creative Leadership Limited, a New Zealand registered company.

We are based in Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand, and operated by our two co-founders and directors, Penny Cooper and Adam Cooper.

These terms apply when you:

• visit creativeleadership.co.nz

• subscribe to our newsletter or download a resource

• enquire about coaching, facilitation, or a leadership programme

• engage us to deliver work, whether as an individual or on behalf of an organisation

Where you engage us for a specific piece of work, you will also receive a separate engagement document (a coaching confirmation, a facilitation letter of engagement, or a programme proposal).

That document sets out the specifics of your engagement. These terms apply alongside it. If anything in your engagement document conflicts with these terms, the engagement document takes precedence for that piece of work.
